ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Force Management Analyst to support a DoD client. As the Force Management Analyst you will serve as a team member providing Force Management analytical expertise in the areas of Force Development, Force Design, Command Plan, and all Change Management Plans. You will conduct analysis of emerging doctrine and plans, review of documents, and provides recommendations on capabilities, analysis of alternatives, and analytic support to FM processes. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous Force Management experience. Our core value of Dependability will be paramount to this role as you will be overseeing various workstreams and reporting the team’s findings directly to the client.

Fort Belvoir, VA
WHO YOU ARE
- Five (5) years of experience and knowledge working with the methods across the entire Army Reserve Force Management (FM) process; from the generation of Doctrinal, Organizations, Training, Material, Leadership, Education, Personnel, & Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements through force designs and in particular the development and fielding of material systems.
- Have sufficient working knowledge to assist Army Reserve (AR) Force Managers to conduct analysis and formulate the Army Reserve's strategy and position across all venues and in all forums where force management decisions are made.
- Must have experience with Structure and Manpower Allocation System (SAMAS) extract files, Force File, U.S. Army Force Management Support Agency extract files, Reserve Component Management System (RCMS), Army Organization Server (AOS) and Force Structure Reporting (FSR) databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field of study.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Potential Telework.
