ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Project Manager Principal Analyst to support a DoD client. As the Project Manager Principal Analyst you will serve as a team lead providing overall project management. You will be responsible for enforcing work standards, coordinating contractor schedules, reviewing work, and communicating policies and procedures. You will be responsible for overall contract/task order performance and direct interface with the COR. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous Force Management and leadership experience. Our core value of Dependability will be paramount to this role as you will be overseeing various workstreams and reporting the team’s findings directly to the client.

Ft. Belvoir, VA
WHO YOU ARE
- Ten (10) years’ experience and knowledge working with the methods and tools used across the entire Army Reserve Force Management (FM) process; from the generation of Doctrinal, Organizations, Training, Material, Leadership, Education, Personnel, & Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements through force designs and in particular the development and fielding of material systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field of study.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Potential Telework.
