ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Strategic Equipping Analyst to support a DoD client. As the Strategic Equipping Analyst you will analyze equipping strategies and documents, provide analytics and data support for fleet management and studies, identify funding gaps in support of POM development, and other duties to support AR force modernization/system integration. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous strategic equipping analysis and leadership experience. Our core value of Excellence in Reputation will be paramount to this role as you will be the resident expert for analysis of all Army’s equipping strategy and documents inherent to the Army’s POM and BES regarding equipment resourcing and distributions within the Field Logistics and Transportation portfolios. You will analyze and interpret Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA) strategic equipping guidance in order to develop Army Reserve priorities and shape resource management decisions; have the capability to navigate and extract data from Army equipment databases to assess accuracy, facilitate reporting compliance, and inform strategic product development; You will have established knowledge of equipment requirements associated with Army Reserve structure; Must be able to develop a comprehensive understanding of Army Reserve statutory requirements to include Congressional, DoD, and Army equipment reporting and accountability policies.

Ft. Belvoir, VA (Potential Telework)
WHO YOU ARE
- Five (5) years of Army, Army Reserve and/or Army National Guard equipping experience and knowledge including: the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, with focus on the Equipping Program Evaluation Group (EE-PEG) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development portion, preferably with Army Reserve or Army National Guard experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field of study.
- Active Secret Clearance.
